Payment
Minnesota’s Bookstore accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks should be made payable to Minnesota’s Bookstore -- checks will be accepted only for the amount of purchase. A $20.00 service charge will be added to each returned check.

Shipping
Minnesota’s Bookstore ships using several vendors including SpeeDee, United Parcel Service, the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping practices are as follows:

• Web orders are shipped the next business day.
• Allow 7-10 days for telephone and credit card orders.
• Allow 4-6 weeks for mail order.

Rush shipping is available. Please call for more information about this service.

Refunds

• For cash refunds of $20 or less, cash or store credit will be processed immediately.
• For cash refunds of more than $20, a refund check will be sent approximately 2 weeks after the return is processed.
• Credit card refunds for any amount will be processed immediately.

Returns & exchanges

• Returns are only accepted for products that are in resaleable condition.
• With a receipt, returns are accepted for 90 days after purchase.
• Without a receipt, in-store credit (to be used within 30 days) for the amount of the item will be given.
• Returns or exchanges should be discussed with the bookstore's customer service staff within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

Wholesale purchases
Books purchased at the wholesale rate for resale are non-returnable. Wholesale books purchased with credit or debit cards are subject to a 3 percent handling fee.
