1. Choose a list from the Mailing List Catalog. (Large PDF document -- requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.)
   
   
2. Determine selection criteria.
   Many people order lists that include only certain counties or ZIP codes. Other selection criteria such as original license date or license class may also be specified. Check the list description for ideas.
   
   
3. Choose a list format.
   
   
4. Download order forms in PDF format.

   You can either place your order over the phone with a major credit card or we can fax you an order form that you can mail back to us with a check.
